1. Introduction

The “We Miss Working with You! A Special Offer” (“Promotion”) is a special limited-time offer provided by Sudo Staff Pty Ltd (“Company”) for returning clients who re-engage with our services. By participating in this Promotion, clients agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• This Promotion is available only to former clients who have engaged with Sudu Staff Pty Ltd services but do not currently have an active contract.
• Clients must sign up for a minimum of three (3) months of service to qualify.
• New clients or existing clients with active contracts are not eligible for this Promotion.

3. Promotion Details

Discount Tiers:

Eligible returning clients who sign up for Sudo Staffer services within the Promotion Period can receive the following discounts:

1. 3-Month Contract:

• • Clients who commit to three (3) consecutive months of service will receive a 40% discount on the first month only of their selected Sudo Staffer.
  • Standard rates apply for the remaining two months.

2. 6-Month Contract:

• • Clients who commit to six (6) consecutive months of service will receive a 60% discount on their first month only of their selected Sudo Staffer.

• • Standard rates apply for the remaining five months.

3. 12-Month Contract:

• • Clients who commit to twelve (12) consecutive months will receive one month of service free only of their selected Sudo Staffer .

• • Standard rates apply for the remaining eleven months.

4. Terms of Redemption

• The Promotion must be applied at the time of contract renewal and cannot be retroactively applied to previous agreements.
• Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with other promotions.
• Clients must fulfil the agreed service term (1 or 3 months) to remain eligible for the discount.
• If a client cancels the contract before completion, any discount applied will be forfeited, and the full standard service fee for the months used will be charged.

5. Payment & Billing

• The 40% discount for 3-month contracts will apply only to the first month, with standard rates for the second and third months.
• The 60% discount for 6-month contracts will apply only to the first month, with standard rates for the second to fifth months.
• The one-month free service for 12-month contracts will apply only to the first month, with standard rates for the second to eleven months.
• All standard billing policies and payment terms outlined in the Sudo Staff Terms of Business remain in effect.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Clients who terminate their contract before completing the minimum commitment period will forfeit any promotional discounts.
• Early cancellations will result in the client being billed at the standard monthly rate for the months of service received.

7. Other Terms

• The Company reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any disputes related to the Promotion shall be resolved at the sole discretion of the Company.
• These Terms and Conditions are subject to Sudo Staff Pty Ltd’s general Terms of Business and Privacy Policy.
