You would not communicate exclusively by email with a new employee – nor should you with your Sudo Staff. Talk to your Sudo Staff as often as you do your local employees. With modern communication systems like VOIP phones, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, it’s as simple as buzzing your secretary in the next office.
You can integrate your Sudo Staff into your systems and with your local staff as much as you choose. We encourage you to incorporate them tightly because the more your Sudo Staff integrates with the rest of your team, the more effective they will be, and the happier you will be!
Security is always a concern – so we have you covered. Your Sudo Staff will get issued a new and clean virtual pc in a highly secure cloud environment (we use Amazon Workspaces – read about them here). That VPC is used exclusively for your business, can be configured with whatever software and services you want, and your IT has full admin access to it at all times. At the end of your contract, we will delete the VPC.
All our Sudo Staff gets assessed, trained and contracted to ensure the highest levels of confidentiality – and Privacy Act compliance.
At Sudo Staff, we make an effort to accommodate special requests. We will do our best to get you the right staff for your needs. Yes. We use Amazon WorkSpaces to ensure your company information is secure. Once our contract ends, we will delete the account, including all your company data. We train our team to maintain strict confidentiality concerning all client files. Australian Privacy Principle 8 compliant.
Yes! While under contract with you, your team members will work solely for your business during your business hours. You can choose the contract term and renew or cancel after the contract term.

No. As long as you have a good internet connection, your Sudo Staff can connect with you and join your team. We provide a clean, secure, and unused computer setup for your Sudo Staff, which we can configure for you or your IT with any specialist software or connections your business uses. With that said, the more ‘electronic’ your processes, the better your staff can assist you. Don’t worry if your company is not 100% paperless. It often evolves over the term of engagement.
Videoconference is best and immediately available. Platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet or Skype work well. If you have a VOIP telephone system, you can easily add your Sudo Staff as an extension to your phone system by your IT person. Email communication is always available as well.
The more you communicate with your Sudo Staff, the better you can work together.
You assign duties precisely the same way you would for a local employee. Let your staff know what you require, and they will do their utmost for you. They are a member of your team and will follow your directions accordingly.
We don’t think that’s likely. We assess our team and understand that diligence and excellence are critical aspects of their role.
However, we are all human, and issues can arise. Our permanent HR team will work with you and the staff involved and try and resolve any problems. If that doesn’t work out to your satisfaction, we will assign you a replacement staff member.
