- Establishes/maintains a chart of accounts and defines bookkeeping standards and processes to provide a system for accounting for financial transactions.
- Maintains financial transaction records by opening accounts and posting transactions
- Verifies, allocates, and posts transactions to subsidiary accounts.
- Subsidiary accounts are balanced by reconciling entries.
- Transfers subsidiary account summaries to keep the general ledger up to date.
- Prepares a trial balance and reconciles entries to balance the general ledger.
- Providing paperwork for historical records and audit
- Collects, analyses, and summarizes account information and trends to provide financial reports.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal obligations by researching regulations, ensuring compliance, issuing reports, and advising management on necessary measures.
- As needed, contributes to team effort by completing related bookkeeping tasks.
- Supervise and verify security procedures

- Monitoring of bills paid and reporting on delinquencies to management
- Annual Closing of books for delivery to local tax accountant
- Annual renewals for insurance and ASIC
- Annual Group Certificate for staff (Using STP)
