Receptionist for Accounting firms
- Answering and transferring calls using firm’s name and preferred communication style
- Take messages and pass on to required staff
- Logging of call information as required by customer
- Savings contact details in firm’s database
- Listen to out of hours voicemails, write up message information and send to the appropriate person
- Monitoring firm’s general email list and forwarding to appropriate person for action
- Clearing emails received overnight and submitting to appropriate person
- Saving incoming correspondence into firm’s practice management system
- Entering of client’s details in the firm’s practice management system
- General admin tasks as assigned
