By participating in this Promotion, clients agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• This Promotion is available only to new clients who have not previously engaged Sudo Staff for virtual assistant or remote worker services.
• To qualify, the client must sign up for a virtual assistant service within 24-48 hours after their first consultation.
• This offer is not applicable to existing clients, contract renewals, or upgrades of current services.

3. Promotion Details

Eligible clients will receive a 10% discount on their first month’s service fee.

• The discount is valid for the first invoice only and does not apply to subsequent months.

4. Terms of Redemption

• The discount will be applied only if the client signs up within 24-48 hours of their initial consultation.
• The discount cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or referral discounts.
• The promotion must be applied at the time of contract signing and cannot be redeemed retroactively.

5. Payment & Billing

• The 10% off will be reflected in the first invoice issued after the service agreement is finalized.
• The client must comply with the standard payment terms as outlined in the Sudo Staff Terms of Business.

6. Cancellation Policy

• If a client cancels the service before completing the first month, the promotional discount is void, and they will be charged the standard rate for any services used.
• If a client requests an early termination before the service begins, the discount will not be applicable to any future sign-ups.

7. Service Continuation & Modifications

• Clients may upgrade their service plan, but the discount applies only to the original agreement signed during the Promotion.
• If the client downgrades or cancels early, they will forfeit the discount.

8. Other Terms

• The Company reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any disputes related to the Promotion shall be resolved at the sole discretion of the Company.
